The challenge

One brand, several markets, several languages

Excellent PRO is a professional nail styling cosmetics brand present across several European markets. We built its multilingual brand site: a place that presents products and knowledge, builds its Google ranking separately in each market, and collects applications from companies that want to become distributors.

That sounds simple, yet it takes several things at once. Speaking to a visitor in Berlin and in Milan in their own language. Showing up high in the local Google of each country. Loading just as fast in Prague as in Warsaw. And checking a counterparty before their application reaches the team. We broke each of those down into a concrete solution below.

Multilingual and markets

Write once, speak every market's language

Content is written once, in Polish. The other language versions are generated from it automatically - there are seven today, and the site's structure is ready for more markets. Each version gets its own address and hreflang tags, so Google reads it as a distinct site assigned to its country, not as a copy of the Polish one.

  • Seven languages today: PL, DE, EN, CS, SK, FR, IT - with room for more
  • Its own address and hreflang per version - SEO counted separately per market
  • Global CDN - in every country the site behaves like a local one
  • A new market is simply one more language, not a site rebuilt from scratch
  • Optional proofreading by a native speaker, tuned to the given market

Counterparty verification

The counterparty is checked before the email reaches the team

The form for prospective distributors does far more than the usual "send and wait". The moment it is submitted, the company number is checked automatically: a Polish VAT number against the Ministry of Finance whitelist, and a foreign EU VAT ID against the EU VIES system covering 27 countries. The name and address fill in straight from the official registry, so the application reaches the team already pre-verified, with no manual retyping.

  • Polish VAT number - Ministry of Finance whitelist
  • Foreign EU VAT ID - the European Commission's VIES, 27 countries
  • Application confirmed via an email link (double opt-in)
  • Clean data in the database, the team gets an instant notification

AI assistant

An AI assistant that knows the range inside out

A chat waits on the site, answering in the visitor's language and sticking to the brand's specifics instead of guessing. It draws on Excellent PRO's own knowledge base, edited from a panel, and on the blog articles - reaching into the full post when needed. It works within clearly set boundaries: no medical advice and no quoting prices.

  • Answers in the language of the conversation, grounded in company knowledge
  • Knowledge base edited from a panel, no developer needed
  • The assistant draws on the blog: a new post means new knowledge in the chat
  • Clear conversation boundaries and protection against abuse

What's the difference between a graphene base and a hybrid one?
Assistant: In short: they differ in durability and how they go on. You'll find the full, step-by-step comparison in our blog post.
Visibility and tools

Found in Google, readable for AI too

We prepared the site for search engines in every market, and for the new habit in which answers increasingly come from AI assistants. On top of that, a full set of product tools that lead the customer straight to the right product instead of leaving them with a bare list.

  • Sitemap, canonical addresses and language versions for each market
  • Structured data: brand, products, breadcrumbs, questions and answers
  • An llms.txt file for AI models and a full pass in Agentic Browsing
  • Tools: gel selector, coverage levels, curing times, 34 swatches, styling gallery, distributor map

We can build the same
for your company

Multiple languages for multiple markets, local-site speed, automatic counterparty verification, an AI assistant with a knowledge base and SEO - we shape the scope around how your business actually works.

Frequently asked questions
Can my site also run in many languages from a single source?

Yes. You write the content in one language, and the other versions are generated from it automatically - each with its own address and an hreflang tag that tells Google which market it targets. A new market is then one more language, not another site built from scratch. We match the number of languages to the markets you actually sell in.

How does the automatic VAT verification work?

The moment the form is submitted, the company number goes to official sources: a Polish VAT number to the Ministry of Finance whitelist, and a foreign one to the EU VIES system covering 27 countries. The name and address fill in from the registry, so the application reaches you already pre-verified, with no manual checking.

What is an AI assistant with a knowledge base, and where do its answers come from?

It is an on-site chat that answers customers in their language and sticks to your company's specifics instead of guessing. It draws on your own knowledge base, which you edit from a panel, and on blog content - reaching into the full article when needed. Every new blog post immediately widens what the assistant can say.

Is a multilingual site just as fast abroad?

Yes. We build it as a static service on a global CDN, a network of servers spread around the world. A visitor is served the page from the node nearest them, so in Berlin or Milan it loads just as fast as a local site next door.

Will you build a similar site for my industry?

Yes. Multiple languages, speed, counterparty verification, an AI assistant and SEO are not tied to any one industry - we assemble them around how your business works. The easiest way to start is a short conversation or a no-obligation quote.

How much does a project like this cost?

The price depends on scope: the number of languages, the integrations required and whether an AI assistant and a blog come into play. The best first step is the quote form - you describe what you need, and we come back with a concrete proposal and cost.
